Went to the clinic again when my temperature rose to 39deg..and while going there, it rose another 0.6deg. Mans...really frying my braincells can.

Ohh the doc had this really cool thermometer though. I used to think the kind where they place it in your ear to take a reading is pretty advanced, but this one was even more power. He just held this instrument in front of my forehead, and a series of beeps later, my temperature was displayed! So interesting.

Anyhows, I was 0.4deg short of the max limit, so heng, don't have to go hospital. Not considered high-risk either..so I guess there's this 50% chance that I'm actually down with H1N1. Or so the doctor says.

No prizes for guessing what he prescribed me..tamiflu is damn freaking expensive! One capsule costs 6 bucks..my mum and I almost jaw-dropped. Have to handle the capsule carefully when taking my medicine..imagine if I lost one or something. Cash flying away, literally. Goshh.

My head and nose feel like crap. I can't wait for tamiflu to work its wonders and clear everything in 24hours. Looks like I'm going to spend my weekend holed up at home..the doctor wanted to extend my mc too. I can just imagine my boss' reaction if I tell her I'm going to continue my mc leave next week.

See how on Sunday..don't really have the luxury to take anymore medical leave, what with work piling up. Already received so many calls/msn from office today regarding all the various projects I'm handling. Hard to even recover in peace..
